Pune, Nov 27 (UNI) Night temperatures were appreciably above normal (3.1 degree Celsius to 5.0°C) at many swathes of coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam, at a few corners of Odisha, Madhya Maharashtra & Telangana and at isolated sites of Gujarat Region, said the Indian Meteorological Department here today.
They were above par (1.6°C to 3.0°C) at most locales of Marathwada, Bihar, west Rajasthan, at many sectors of
Rayalaseema, west Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi, at a few pockets of Vidarbha, interior south Karnataka, Gangetic West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry & Karaikal, and at isolated tracts of east Madhya Pradesh, west Uttar Pradesh, east Rajasthan, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Kerala, Mahe, Andaman & Nicobar Islands while near norm over the rest of the country.
