New Delhi, Nov 20 (UNI) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday took over the murder case of the principal of a school in Kanpur from Uttar Pradesh Police.
On October 24, 2016, one unidentified person killed Ramesh Babu Shukla, a former principal of Swami Atmaprakash Brahmchari Junior High School, Maharajpur, Kanpur, at around 12:30 pm, near village Piwadi in Kanpur while he was coming back to home.
During the investigation of Bhopal-Ujjain passenger train blast case that occur in March this year, UP Police arrested two persons Atif Muzaffar and Danish. After interrogating them, it was found that Shukla might have been killed by one of the accused in train blast case.
