New Delhi, Sep 14 (UNI) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday filed a supplementary charge sheet against four accused in the NIA special court at Ranchi, in case related to the seizure of huge cash pertaining to the CPI (Maoist) operatives.
The four accused, identified as Chhotu Kherwar alias Sujit Kherwar, Santosh Oraon, Roshan Oraon and Lalita Devi, were charge-sheeted under various Sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
The NIA had also registered a case at New Delhi NIA Police Station on January 19.
