New Delhi, Mar 22 (UNI) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday filed a chargesheet against three accused in case related to Falah-i-Insaniyat Foundation (FIF) which was involved in creating sleeper cells and logistic base in Delhi and Haryana for dreaded terrorist Hafiz Sayeed who is based in Pakistan.
According to NIA, the accused Mohammad Salman, a native of Delhi, Mohammad Salim alias Mama, a resident of Nagaur in Rajasthan and Mohammad Kamran , a Pakistani national who is absconding were booked under the Sections 120 B IPC and Sections 17, 20 & 21 of Unlawful Activity (Prevention) Act.
The Central probe agency investigation has established that Chief of Falah-i-Insaniyat Foundation (FIF) Hafiz Mohammad Saeed along with deputy namely Shahid Mahmood hatched a conspiracy in the year 2012 on wards to create sleeper cells and logistic base in Delhi and Haryana under the garb of religious work like construction of mosque, madrasa for religious education, financial assistance for marriage of poor Muslim girls.
