New Delhi, Apr 15 (UNI) The national anti- terror probe agency NIA on Thursday filed second supplementary charge-sheet before Ranchi Special Court against 18 accused persons in a case related to the killing of five Jhakhand Police personnel in June 2019.
The accused Sunil Tudu, Budhram Mardi aka Budhuram Mardi, Shriram Manjhi, Naresh Lohar aka Ramu Lohar, Alamgir Ansari, Lakhan Sardar, Joshep Purty akaTipu, Annem Hassa Purti aka Anem Hassa Purty, Tabarak Ansari, Mangal Topno aka Lalu Sardar, Soyna Singh Sardar aka Motu, Jitrai Munda aka Jitram, Boyda Pahan, Rakesh Munda aka Sukra Munda, Naina aka Birsha Birohar, Maharaj Pramanik aka Raj Da, Amit Munda, aka Sukhlal Munda and Anal Da aka Ramesh, all residents of Jharkhand have been booked under sections 120B, 147, 148, 149, 302, 353, 396, 435, 121, 121A, 122 of Indian Penal Code, Sections 16, 17, 18, 20, 38, 39 and 40 of The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, Section 25(1B), 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908.
The case pertains to deadly attack on the Police patrolling party by the cadres of CPI (Maoist), at around 1630 hrs on June14, 2019 at Kukru Haat in District Saraikela-Kharswan of Jharkhand, in which five police personnel were killed and their arms and ammunition were looted.
