New Delhi, Nov 21 (UNI) National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday filed a charge sheet against four accused persons in a case related to planning and conspiracy of terror act in Punjab, an official statement said here.
The accused Kulwinderjit Singh alias Khanpuria of Khann in Ludhiana, Ravinderpal Singh alias Ravi of Moga, Jagdev Singh alias Sonuof Fatehgarh Sahib and Harcharan Singh of Nangloi in Delhi have been booked in a case under sections of IPC, Arms Act and UA(P) Act, in the Special NIA Court at Mohali.
Investigation against one more accused is continuing, the probe agency said.
