NIA files charge sheet against 12 accused in Gadchiroli naxal case

New Delhi, Dec 5 (UNI) The National Investigation Agency on Wednesday filed charge sheet against 12 accused in Gadchiroli naxal case at NIA special court in Mumbai, an official statement said here on Thursday.
The charge sheet has been filed against eight arrested accused and four absconding accused under sections of 120B, 121, 121A, 147, 148, 149, 302, 353, 427 and 34 of IPC, section3, 4 and 5 of the Explosives Substances Act, section 16, 17, 18, 18B, 20, 38, 39 and 40 of UA(P)A in RC-02/2019/NIA/MUM against eight arrested accused namely Nirmala Kumari Uppuganti alias Narmada Akka, Sathyanarayana Rani alias Kiran, Dilip Hidami,Parasram Tulavi, Somsay Madavi, Kisan Hidami, Sukharu Gota alias Sakru Gota and Kailash Ramchandani.
Malojulla Venugopal alias Bhupati, Satish alias Adhave, Dinkar alias Shivram Bikaru Gota, Durgesh alias Dulu Budhu Vatti are the four accused who are on run till now.
