Four injured in shooting at mall in US

Washington, June 10 (UNI/Sputnik) Four people were injured in a shooting incident at a mall in the US state of North Carolina, the local police department said on Friday.
"Today at about 10 minutes after 12 [p.m. EST] we received a call, a shooting here at 250 N. New Hope Road, which is at Eastridge Mall," Gastonia Police Department Chief Travis Brittain said during a press conference.
Brittain initially reported that three people, two adult males and one adult female, were injured with non-life-threatening wounds in the shooting. Detectives later identified a fourth person who was shot at the mall after they showed up to a hospital in the nearby city of Charlotte, the police said in an update via social media.
