Washington, Sep 11 (UNI) US and India on Friday jointly underlined the urgent need for Pakistan to expeditiously bring to justice the perpetrators of attacks like 26/11 Mumbai and Pathankot.
Both the countries, in a joint statement on the occasion of the third 'US-India Counter Terrorism Joint Working Group and Designations Dialogue', said that Pakistan needs to take immediate, sustained, and irreversible action to ensure that no territory under its control is used for terrorist attacks.
Notably, the statement comes on the 19th anniversary of 9/11 terrorist attack which claimed lives of nearly 3,000 people.
