UAE to pay first official visit to Israel on Sept 22

Doha, Sep 8 (UNI) United Arab Emirates (UAE) is planning to pay its first official visit to Israel September 22 to support the bilateral agreement to normalise ties.
The UAE and Israel announced August 13 that they would normalise diplomatic relations, Sputnik reported citing a source.
Senior Israeli and US officials visited Abu Dhabi last week.
The news agency's source, who declined to be identified, said the UAE was expected to finalise the trip after a date was announced for the normalisation deal signing ceremony, likely in mid-September in Washington.
