N Korean leader's sister accompanies him on trip to Russia

Moscow, Sep 13 (UNI) Kim Yo Jong, sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, is accompanying him on his trip to Russia and has made an appearance at the gala dinner hosted by Russian President Vladimir Putin in honor of her brother, however she did not participate in the talks, a Sputnik correspondent reported on Wednesday.
Earlier, Kim Yo Jong, who serves as deputy department director of her country's ruling party, was spotted standing near photographers, but separately from the line of officials joining the trip, in the photographs of the leader's departure for Russia published by North Korea's state-run news agency KCNA. However, she did not appear in the photographs taken when her brother's armored train arrived at the Russian border station of Khasan, so it remains unclear whether she traveled together with her brother or separately.
Her name was also not on the list of participants in Wednesday's talks, although she also accompanied the North Korean leader when he visited the test building and signed the guest book at the Vostochny Cosmodrome.
