Oman praises Israel-Bahrain ggreement to normalize relations - State Media

Moscow, Sep 13 (Sputnik) Oman welcomes the US-brokered establishment of diplomatic relations between Bahrain and Israel, the country’s national broadcaster, Oman TV, reported on Sunday.
On Friday, Israel and Bahrain agreed to normalize relations. The sides have agreed to establish diplomatic ties a month after a similar landmark deal was brokered by the United States between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
According to Oman TV, the sultanate praised Bahrain’s decision and wished that such a strategic path taken by several Arab nations would contribute to peace based on the end of an Israeli "occupation" of Palestine.
