Berlin confirms receiving Russia’s proposal on Normandy Format meeting

Berlin, Nov 1 (UNI/Sputnik) The Germany Foreign Ministry has received Russia’s proposals on the Normandy Format meeting and is reviewing it, Christopher Burger, the ministry’s spokesman, said on Monday.
In late October, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Moscow sent Berlin and Paris proposals for a meeting in the Normandy format and awaits their reactions.
"The Foreign Ministry confirms the receipt of the document, it is being reviewed. The federal government continues to work on preparations for a meeting of the foreign ministers of the four countries in the near future,” Burger told a press conference.
