Kazakhstan bans fuel export for 6 months

Almaty, July 5 (UNI) Kazakhstan has once again put a six-month ban on export of fuel starting July 12 in an apparent bid to level fuel prices with neighboring countries, according to a government order published on Tuesday.
The order was issued by the ministries of energy, finance, internal affairs and the national security committee.
"To impose a six-month ban on the export of gasoline, diesel fuel and certain types of petroleum from the territory of Kazakhstan by road ... except for the export in gas tanks provided by the manufacturer of motor vehicles, as well as in separate containers with a volume of not more than 20 liters (5.2 gallon)," the document read.

Trump said FBI agents on Monday broke into a safe at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach while he was away in New York. The former president, who is preparing for third term in 2024, called the raid "weaponisation of the Justice System".
