Kathmandu, Sep 16 (UNI) Nepal has recorded the highest number of single day coronavirus cases for the second consecutive day on Wednesday recording 1,539 new infections taking the national tally reached 58,327.
The country's Health Ministry also confirmed eight more deaths during the past 24-hours, as the overall pandemic death toll reached 379.
As per the nation's Health Ministry, Kathmandu valley registered a record 737 new cases, 652 of which were registered at Kathmandu city, the districts of Lalitpur and Bhaktapur registered 60 and 25 cases each.
