Body of missing Indian fisherman recovered after poaching vessel was sunk by Sri Lankan Navy

Colombo, Oct 20 (UNI) The Sri Lankan Navy said it has found the body of an Indian fisherman who was reported missing after his vessel collided with a naval craft when it ventured into Sri Lankan waters.
An inquest inquiry of the dead fisherman was carried out on Wednesday by the Additional Magistrate of Kayts.
The Jaffna Judicial Medical Officer and representatives of the Consulate General Office of India in Jaffna were present during the proceedings, said Colombo Gazette.
