China sanctions 3 US defence entities due to military supply to Taiwan

Beijing, Oct 10 (UNI) China has imposed sanctions against three US defence entities and their executives over providing military assistance to Taiwan, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Thursday.
"The United States has recently announced major military assistance to Taiwan, which is a gross violation of the 'one China' principle and three joint China-US communiques, serious interference in China's internal affairs, and it damages China's sovereignty and territorial integrity," the statement read.
China sanctioned several defence companies, including Edge Autonomy Operations LLC, Huntington Ingalls Industries Inc. and Skydio Inc, the statement said.
