Dhaka, June 18 (UNI) Flood danger level was announced in at least 18 districts in Bangladesh, including Sylhet, Chittagong, Kurigram and Netrokona.
As of the writing this report, the water level in all rivers continued to rise. While six people have been killed, four of them died due to landslide in Chittagong due to heavy rains.
Meanwhile, water of Padma, Jamuna, Brahmaputra, Dharla and Dukumar rivers has overflowed past the danger zone. As a result, more than one million people of the country have become waterlogged.
