20 arrested, 7 injured at Dutch Covid rally

Amsterdam, Nov 20 (UNI/Sputnik) At least 20 protesters were arrested and seven injured, including policemen, during a rally against Covid-19 restrictions in the Dutch city of Rotterdam, media reported on Saturday.
The Rotterdam rally began on Friday against new restrictions announced last week, NL Times reported.
By Friday evening, police resorted to water cannons and fired warning shots to disperse the crowd. Local media reported several people injured during the clashes.
