Strong winds very likely over Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal; fishermen advised to stay away

Pune, Sept 9 (UNI) During next 24 hours, strong winds of speed 40-55 kmph very likely over southwest, southeast and eastcentral Arabian Sea, Gulf of Mannar, and eastcentral and southwest Bay of Bengal.
Squally weather very likely along and off Kerala and Tamil Nadu coasts as well as Lakshadweep and Comorin areas. Fishermen are advised not to venture into these sea areas.
Heavy to very heavy rainfall very likely at isolated places over south interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala, Mahe, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Assam, Meghalaya, madhya Maharashtra, Konkan, Goa, Rayalaseema, coastal Karnataka, and Lakshadweep.
