Maha CM vows to fulfil his late father Bal Thackeray's promise of renaming Aurangabad

Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Jun 8 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister and Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray on Wednesday vowed that his late father Bal Thackeray's promise of renaming Aurangabad city as Sambhajinager will be fulfilled.
Addressing his party's Swabhiman rally here tonight, he asked why is the BJP-led central government not renaming the Aurangabad Chikalthana airport as Raje Sambhaji Maharaj airport even though the state cabinet has passed a resolution and already forwarded it to the central government for further action.
"If they rename the airport, we will welcome the move," he said.
