Aurangabad/Mumbai, Sep 3 (UNI) Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole on Friday said that local body elections should not be held unless the political reservation of OBCs is fixed.
Mr Patole was speaking to the media persons post an all-party meeting on the OBC quota issue.
He stated, “The Supreme Court has set a 50 per cent reservation limit, so the empirical data should be obtained from the Backward Classes Commission to find a way out of the problem. For this, necessary financial provision should be made to the Commission.”
