Nashik, Jan 10 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Social Justice Ramdas Athawale on Monday said the Shiv Sena and BJP should once again come together on the ruling pedestal, and share power in Maharashtra.
Talking to media persons after dedicating the newly-built ICU of the Suyog Hospital here to people, Athawale, who is also the Republican Party of India (A) chief, said he has advised the BJP to support Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and let him complete his tenure.
In the meanwhile, BJP should take the post of Deputy Chief Minister, he added, while terming his idea as a "new formula" for rapprochement between both the parties, which parted ways post 2019 polls.
