Police assures HC  it will not take coercive action against BJP MLA Nitesh Rane

Mumbai Jan 4 (UNI)Mahrashtra police on Tuesday assured the Bombay High Court that it will not take any coercive action against BJP MLA Nitesh Rane in an alleged attempt to murder case.
After noting the police's assurance in the matter the Bombay High Court adjourned Nitesh Rane's pre-arrest bail plea for hearing for January 7 at 2.30 pm.
Rane on Monday had moved the High Court seeking anticipatory bail in an alleged attempt to murder case.
