Pune court passed order against renowned builder of pune

Pune, Sep 25 (UNI) The Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune, has passed an order against the renowned real estate builders known by the name of Celesta Developers who contested the said suit against 15 such defendants.
The order was decreed by Justice M S Agrawal, and the well-acclaimed and highly-esteemed Advocate Aashutosh Srivastava defended the suit for two of the Defendants like Shekhar Infratech and Mr. Rajnishkumar Agarwal.
The Court has decreed the suit in favour of the Defendants and rejected M/s Celesta Developer’s prayer for specific performance of agreement and for the possession of the suit property.
