Pune, Nov 1 (UNI) Agrarwal-Marwari community Chambers of commerce Industry and education today wrote a letter to Finance Minister Nirmal Sitaramanan requesting to reduce the rate of GST since Manufacturing units have now slowly started after the lockdown of more than 7 months.
The National President of the Agarwal Marwadi chambers of commerce industry and Education Mr Rajesh Agarwal and Vice President Mr Kamalraj Bansal today demanded from the Finance Minister through a letter requesting that festival season has now started and most of the manufacturing unit of the country has started their unit.
Mr Agarwal said that Present GST which is now 18 percent should be reduced by 12 percent and where 12 percent gst are there should be considered to 5 percent for the welfare of country business who had received a major set back in their business after covid-19.
