Nanded reports 170 new COVID-19 cases

Nanded, Oct 9 (UNI) As many as 170 new COVID-19 cases were detected here on Friday while no fatality was reported due to the pandemic, authorities informed.
Meanwhile, a total of 222 people were discharged today after being cured hence taking count of the recovered cases to 13,909. Presently, Nanded's recovery rate stands at 83.69 per cent, they added.
So far, 448 people have died of the contagion while the test results of 623 suspects is awaited. As of now, 2,710 active cases are under medical supervision and 63 of them are reported to be in critical condition.
