Marathwada registers 107, new COVID-19 cases, 5 deaths

Aurangabad, Oct 9 (UNI) Marathwada region of Maharashtra recorded 107 new cases of COVID-19 and 5 fatalities during the past 24 hours, health authorities informed on Saturday.
Details from all the district headquarters collected by UNI showed that out of the eight districts of the region, Beed reported the highest 38 new cases and 2 deaths, followed by Aurangabad which had 12 cases and 2 deaths, Parbhani recorded two cases and single death , Osmanabad had 31 cases, Jalna had 5 cases and Nanded had 2 cases.
While, in Hingoli district no one Covid positive case was recorded , they added.
