Marathwada region reports 426 nCoV cases, 9 deaths

Aurangabad, Nov 9 (UNI) Eight districts of Maharashtra's Marathwada region reported 426 fresh COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, health authorities said on Monday.
The region also witnessed 9 fatalities during the same period.
Details from all the district headquarters collected by UNI stated that out of the eight districts in the region, Nanded was the worst affected with 35 fresh cases and 4 fatalities, followed by Beed with 35 new cases and 3 deaths, Jalna 76 cases and 2 deaths, Aurangabad 64 cases, Latur 43 cases, Osmanabad 28 cases ,Parbhani 5 cases and Hingoli 4 cases .
Meanwhile,5092 more corona cases and 110 deaths were reported across the state. With this, the state's case tally reached 17.19 lakh.
While 8232 cured patients discharged, the recoveries have reached 15.77 lakh with total 45240 patients succumbing to the disease so far.
At present 96000 patients were undergoing treatment in different hospitals and Covid care centres in the state.

Pune, April 25 (UNI) Day temperatures were markedly above normal(5.1°C or more) at many places over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim; at isolated places over Bihar, Gangetic West Bengal and Assam and Meghalaya; appreciably above normal (3.1°C to 5.0°C) at isolated places over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh and Jharkhand; above normal (1.6°C to 3.0°C) at many places over coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, Rayalaseema, south interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal and Kerala and Mahe; at isolated places over east Uttar Pradesh, Odisha and Telangana. These were below normal (-1.6°C to -3.0°C) at isolated places over Vidarbha and east Madhya Pradesh and near normal over rest parts of the country. Yesterday, the highest maximum temperature of 43.7°C was reported at Anantapur
(Rayalaseema) over the country.
