Marathwada region reports 1187 fresh COVID-19 cases, 47 fatalities

Aurangabad, Sep 22 (UNI) As many as 1187 fresh COVID-19 positive cases were reported in the Marathwada region during the past 24 hours, authorities said on Tuesday.
The districts also registered 47 more fatalities during the same period.
According to the details data from all the district headquarters collected by UNI stated that out of the eight districts of the region Aurangabad vl was the worst affected with 317 fresh cases and 13 fatalities, followed by Latur with 285 new cases and 10 deaths, Beed 133 new cases and 7 deaths, Osmanbad 114 new cases and 7 deaths, Nanded 167 cases and 5 deaths, Jalna 79 cases and 2 deaths, Parbhani 2 deaths and 72 cases and Hingoli 20 cases and one death, Data added.
