Aurangabad, Sep 14 (UNI) Maharashtra's Marathwada region recorded 1,769 fresh cases of COVID-19 and 43 more fatalities during the past 24 hours, authorities said on Monday.
Data from all the district headquarters collected by UNI stated that out of the eight districts of the region Nanded was the worst affected with 393 fresh cases and 8 deaths, followed by Beed with 294 new cases and 8 deaths, Osmanabad 113 new cases and 7 deaths, Aurangabad 314 new cases and 6 deaths, Parbhani 115 cases and 6 deaths, Latur 313 cases and 5 deaths, Hingoli 48 cases and 2 deaths and Jalna 179 new cases and one death.
