Mah: Parbhani, Osmanabad record total 7 COVID-19 fatalities; no deaths in Jalna, Hingoli

Aurangabad (Maharashtra), Aug 28 (UNI) In Marathwada region, the district of Parbhani on Friday witnessed five COVID-19 fatalities and 81 new cases while it was followed by Osmanabad, with two deaths and 80 new cases.
Similarly, Jalna and Hingoli reported 61 and 39 new cases, respectively, while no patient succumbed to the contagion today in either places.
In terms of total pandemic tally and fatality count, Osmanabad was ahead as it has recorded 5,187 cases and 133 fatalities till now. A total of 3,235 people have been cured out of the caseload.
