Covid-19: 44 new cases detected in Nashik

Nashik, Aug 3 (UNI) Forty-four fresh Covid-19 patients were detected today, taking the district's tally of such cases to 4,79,956.
However, with no single death being reported during the day across the district, the toll remain unchanged at 8,902.
On the other hand, 89 patients were discharged during the day across the district, taking overall count of recoveries to 4,70,522.

Electric and CNG buses will be inducted in MSRTC fleet: Shinde

Mumbai, Oct 7 (UNI) Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Friday directed that the Maharastra State Road Transport Corporation's (MSRTC) fleet will include 150 electric buses by December and 1000 CNG buses by March.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister also directed the corporation to reinstate 118 employees who were sacked during the bus strike.

PIL seeks probe againts Eknath Shinde group rally at BKC

Mumbai, Oct 7 (UNI) A social activist on Friday filed a Public Interest Litigation at the Bombay High Court, seeking a probe against Chief Minister Eknath Shinde under the provisions of the Money Laundering Act and the Income Tax for allegedly spending "Rs 10 crore or more" during his Dussehra rally at MMRDA grounds in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) on October 5.
