Marathwada region reported 506 fresh COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours

Aurangabad, Nov 25 (UNI) Eight districts of Maharashtra's Marathwada region reported 506 fresh COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, health authorities said on Wednesday.
The region also witnessed four fatalities during the same period.
Details from all the district headquarters collected by UNI stated that out of the eight districts in the region, Osmanabad was the worst affected with 24 fresh cases and 3 deaths, followed by Aurangabad with 146 new cases and single death, Beed 99 cases , Latur 88 cases, Nanded 61 cases, Jalna 50 cases,Parbhani 19 cases and Hingoli 14 cases .
Meanwhile, 5,439 more corona cases and 30 deaths were reported across the state.
With this, the state's case tally reached 17.89 lakh with 16.58 lakh patients having cured so far.
According to the health officials, 46,683 patients have so far succumbed to the disease in the state and 83,221 patients were undergoing treatment.

Pune, April 25 (UNI) Day temperatures were markedly above normal(5.1°C or more) at many places over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim; at isolated places over Bihar, Gangetic West Bengal and Assam and Meghalaya; appreciably above normal (3.1°C to 5.0°C) at isolated places over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh and Jharkhand; above normal (1.6°C to 3.0°C) at many places over coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, Rayalaseema, south interior Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal and Kerala and Mahe; at isolated places over east Uttar Pradesh, Odisha and Telangana. These were below normal (-1.6°C to -3.0°C) at isolated places over Vidarbha and east Madhya Pradesh and near normal over rest parts of the country. Yesterday, the highest maximum temperature of 43.7°C was reported at Anantapur
(Rayalaseema) over the country.
