Goa seeks central assistance for setting up 60 additional Anganwadids

Panaji, June 12 (UNI) Goa Government has sought assistance from Union Women and Child Development Minister for setting up 60 additional Anganwadis to commemorate 60 years of state's liberation, Goa Minister for Child and Development Vishwajit Rane said on Sunday.

Speaking to reporters, he said the request had been placed before Union Minister for Women and Child Development Smriti Irani who was here to attend the Zonal Meeting on eight years of achievements of the government.
