Bogus passports racket: Bangladeshi national arrested, remanded to police custody till Oct 8

Mumbai, Oct 2 (UNI) A court here on Saturday remanded a Bangladeshi national, arrested by Maharashtra ATS for allegedly entering India on a bogus passport, into police custody till October 8.
The suspect Irshad Shahabuddin Shaikh (33), resident of Noakhali in Bangladesh, was arrested by Anti-Terrorism Squad on his arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi from Sharjah, UAE, on Friday on a fake passport. He was brought to Mumbai this morning.
Shaikh was later produced before local court which remanded him into police custody till October eight, police said.
