Relocate residents near Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule Memorial at once: Ajit Pawar

Mumbai, July 30 (UNI) Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Pune’s Guardian Minister Ajit Pawar today directed officials to immediately begin relocating residents living around the Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule Memorial in Pune who are willing to shift to alternative accommodations,
The relocation is needed to initiate the conservation and expansion work of Mahatma Phule Wada and the Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule Memorial in Pune.
Pawar reviewed the progress of the conservation and expansion project of Mahatma Phule Wada and the Savitribai Phule Memorial in a meeting held at Mantralaya. The meeting was attended by Food and Civil Supplies Minister Chhagan Bhujbal, former MP Sameer Bhujbal and top state government and civic officials.
