Maha: Amusement parks, malls, cinema halls likely to reopen from Oct 22

Mumbai, Oct 18 (UNI) With a considerable drop in Covid-19 cases in the state, the Maharashtra government is mulling to reopen amusement parks, malls and cinema halls from October 22.
In a meeting held with Covid-19 Task Force here, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray told authorities that, "Due to decline in the number of Covid patients in the state, we are moving towards unlocking."
He said, "From Oct 22, we are thinking of reopening cinema halls, theatres and extending timings of restaurants, so prepare fresh guidelines for the unlock."
