Maha CM issues clarification over delegation of powers to secretary

Mumbai, Aug 6 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Saturday made it clear that except in quasi-judicial matters, no ministerial-level powers have been conferred on the secretary.
All these powers are vested with the minister, Chief Minister and Council of Ministers as before, he said in an official press statement here.
Therefore, it is completely wrong to say that all the decision-making processes have been given in the hands of the secretary, he clarified.
