Panaji, Apr 28 (UNI) Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday said that the state government has decided to impose lockdown in the state from April from April 29 evening to May 3, 2021, morning.
Addressing a press conference at his residence in the city, he said the lockdown would be imposed to break the chain of Covid 19 in the state. However, essential services and industrial work would continue, he added.
Urging the labourers and the people not to panic, the Chief Minister said industries would be allowed to carry out work in their campuses.
