Children will have to be kept at home for some more months: Vishwajit Rane

Panaji, Sep 9 (UNI) Goa Health and Women and Child Development Minister Vishwajit Rane on Wednesday said that in view of COVID-19 pandemic and no possibility of development of vaccine for COVID-19 in the near future, children would have to be kept at home in the coming months.
Speaking at a function in the city, he said recently Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine developers hit a roadblock which meant that that lives would have to go on with masks and COVID.
Mr Rane said,"Now that the Oxford vaccine has failed for now, we have to think about living with Covid and masks. For some months, we have to keep children at home. We have to think about their education through e-learning."
