Hyderabad, May 23 (UNI) Continuing his three-day visit to the backward Nalgonda district in Telangana today, Bharatiya Janata Party President Amit Shah went round the Vellugupalli village after unveiling the statue of Economist and Social Reformer Pandit Deen Dayal there. On arrival at the village, huge crowds including a large number of women besides the party workers accorded Mr.Shah an affectionate welcome. During his interaction with the villagers to get a first-hand information about the welfare schemes launched by the Centre, Mr.Shah suggested that the SC colony in the village be named after Pt.Deen Dayal. The BJP Chief will continue his door-to-door survey during the course of his day-long visit to know about the implementation of the central schemes.He will also interact with the party's booth level workers. Mr Shah, who arrived yesterday to strengthen the party organisation so as to make it a strong contender in the next elections, exuded confidence that the BJP would form the government in the state in 2019.
