quashed the Government Order (GO) recommending an inquiry by the
Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) against DMK Chief
M K Stalin and Treasurer Duraimurugan in connection with the alleged
irregularities in construction of the new Secretariat building at Omandurar
Government Estate.
