Trinity of Sri Jagannath temple return to their original abode

Puri, Jul 15 (UNI) The presiding deities of Sri Jagannath temple today returned to
their original abode inside the sanctum sanctorum of temple, ending the annual
car festival that commenced on July 4 last
The pahandi bije of the Trinity was advanced and began at 1630 hours and the
three presiding deities were escorted by the temple servitors in "Goti pahandi"
(one by one) from their respective chariots to the original abode inside the temple.
