Over 250 footballers turn up for Jr selection trials in Jammu

Jammu, July 8 (UNI) Over 250 enthusiast footballers on Monday turned up for junior level selection trials conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Council here at Mini Stadium Parade.
The event was directed by the Secretary Sports Council, Nuzhat Gul and organiSed by Satpal Singh, Manager, Mini Stadium Parade Ground Jammu, according to a handout.
The trials saw an enthusiastic response, with over more than 250 young footballers from all districts of Jammu Division participating, it read and added that the breakdown included more than 50 girls and 200 boys, all vying for a spot in the junior teams.
