Adelaide, Dec 18 (UNI) Australia bundled out England for 236 on the third day of the second Ashes Test here at the Adelaide Oval on Saturday. The visitors are trailing by 282 runs.
England, who were 17/2 on day two, started the third day well as captain Joe Root (63) and Dawid Malan (80) kept the visitors alive in the first session.
Malan scored his ninth half-century, his second in the series to build up a healthy partnership. At the time of dinner break, Root also brought up his 52nd half-century that helped to stitch a 138-run partnership for the third wicket.
