Duleep Trophy: India A bowlers dominate as India B struggle to 65/2 at lunch

Bengaluru, Sep 5 (UNI) At lunch, India B found themselves in a cautious yet precarious position at 65 for 2 after 30 overs against India A in the ongoing domestic four-day fixture at Chinaswamy stadium on Thursday.
Skipper Shubman Gill's decision to bowl first seemed justified with overcast conditions and a green-tinged pitch promising assistance for the bowlers. Despite the tricky conditions, India A bowlers had to work hard as the disciplined seam attack only managed two breakthroughs, with India B batsmen showing resilience in the testing morning session.
Yashasvi Jaiswal and Abhimanyu Easwaran opened the innings but were unable to capitalize on their starts. Avesh Khan claimed the first wicket, inducing Easwaran into chasing a wide delivery that he edged to the slips.
