Rains continue to lash Hyderabad, other parts of Telangana

Hyderabad, Sep 17 (UNI) Heavy rains continued to lash Hyderabad and other parts of Telangana for the fourth consecutive day on Thursday affecting normal life.
Three rain-related deaths were reported from different parts of the state during the last 24 hours , while in the first incident, two men travelling by a two-wheeler braving heavy downpour on Wednesday night were crushed to death when wall of a roadside place of worship collapsed on them, killing them on the spot in Peerzadiguda area of the city.
In the second incident, a woman was washed away in a swollen stream near Shapur Thanda in Vikarabad district late last evening.
