Cyclonic circulation in WC Bay of Bengal off AP coast now lies over WC & adjoining NW Bay of Bengal: Met

Hyderabad, Sep 30 (UNI) The cyclonic circulation in Westcentral Bay of Bengal off Andhra Pradesh coast now lies over West central & adjoining northwest Bay of Bengal off north Andhra Pradesh, south Odisha coasts and extends upto 7.6 km above mean sea level tilting southwestwards with height.
Under its influence, a low pressure area is likely to form over northwest & adjoining west central Bay of Bengal off Odisha coast during next 48 hours, Meteorological Centre said in a special bulletin here on Wednesday.
The cyclonic circulation over North Interior Odisha & neighbourhood extending upto 1.5 km above mean sea level has become less marked.
