04 Dec 2023 | 7:27 PMHyderabad, Dec 4 (UNI) The Severe Cyclonic Storm “Michaung'” (pronounced as MIGJAUM) over Westcentral & adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal off south Andhra Pradesh and adjoining north Tamil Nadu coasts moved northwestwards with a speed of 10 kmph during the past six hours and lay centered at 1430 hours on Monday over the same region near Latitude 13.7°North and Longitude 80.7°East, about 100 km northeast of Chennai, 120 km southeast of Nellore, 220 km north-northeast of Puducherry, 250km south of Bapatla and 280 km south of Machilipatnam.
